Rafting

Enjoy the picturesque scenery of the Salza from the perspective of a raft. An experience to stimulate both your adrenalin and your romantic side. To go down the Salza in a rafting-boat offers something for everybody. For those hungry for action, our rafting-tour is embellished with 2 jumps and with white-water swimming, as well as surfing in the torrent. For families we offer our unique "Family Rafting". A technically less demanding white-water section offers the option to go swimming or to spray each other with water. In the break everyone stops to collect firewood for a barbeque. A full day´s rafting-fun for the whole family.

We also use our rafting tours for seminars, in order to help illustrate and strengthen group bonds through working together in the (rafting)boat.

Half-day Rafting:

The half-day rafting trip is perfect for individuals and groups who have just one morning or afternoon free and who seek an unusual experience. This rafting trip is very suitable as a supplement to a touring holiday, a motorcycle excursion or after confirmation. The route is approximately 16 km, depending on water level, lasting about 2.5 hours on the water.

Whole day rafting trip

Whole-day Rafting:
The whole-day rafting tour is perfect for those looking for an unusual experience in wild romantic surroundings. Through narrow gorges, crossing lively rapids, the rafting route goes at least 25km down the Salza, depending on the water -level of the river. Along the way your food is provided (with a campfire in good weather, or alternatively in the Gasthof Wasserlochschenke), a bridge jump, a short visit to the Wasserlochklamm (this is dependent on the water-level), and a bit of white-water swimming.

Price per person € 75.- incl. catering

We recommend the combination with a barbeque afterwards!

Family Rafting

Family Rafting:
Family Rafting is the perfect choice for all families who would like to undertake a different kind of a rafting daytrip, without bags or baggage. The route lies along a quieter section of the Salza, allowing younger children (who have some swimming experience) to participate. The focus lies with the whole experience, i.e. there will be a barbeque and swimming in the Salza along the way: above all, it will be a fine day for our youngest guests!

Rafting ´all inclusive´

In this all inclusive rafting trip we offer you:

- a breakfast before we start the rafting trip
- a whole day rafting trip with two jumping opportunities and some white water swimming in between
